Problem
You log into your VMware Site Recovery Manager recovery site and noticed that several Recovery Plans have a yellow exclamation mark (warning) beside them and when viewing the Virtual Machines tab, several virtual machines’ State is listed as Needs Repair.
You make an attempt to repair the virtual machine by right clicking in the window and select Repair All…
… only to see that it fails with:
Unable to communicate with the remote host, since it is disconnected.
Solution
The reason why you’re experiencing this is because the ESXi or ESX host in your DR / recovery site that host this virtual machine is disconnected from vCenter. Check to see whether the host is down or has simply lost connectivity to vCenter.

Hi,
It also might need to delete the distant site Vm ( objet) first and to do a repair all after in the SR Protection Group.
1: go to
host and template
delete from disk the Distant Vm (which have the pb)
2: go to Protection Group
to do a repair all on the Vm.
